The basics

BlabberFish is a product of Ascentspark Software Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Unit 1102, 11th Floor, P.S. Srijan Corporate Park, G2 Block GP, Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata 700075, West Bengal, India. By using BlabberFish you agree to use it lawfully and to keep your account secure. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

What you can expect from us

We will run the product as described, keep a human (you) in control of what publishes, and be honest about what the product did. Nothing publishes without your approval unless you explicitly grant per-channel autonomy.

What we expect from you

• That you have the right to connect the accounts and sources you add.
• That you review and approve work before it goes out, where approval is required.
• That you do not use the product to deceive, impersonate, or break the law.

Accuracy and responsibility

BlabberFish fact-checks and sources its work and flags what it cannot verify, but you remain the editor-in-chief of anything published under your name.

We may update these terms as the product grows. We will tell you when something material changes.
